I've got to be out of the house by 0330 tomorrow to get on the VERY early Air Canada flight to first Toronto then Quebec. I hate these early starts BUT at least I will sleep on the plane. I don't think I have ever flown by Air Canada so this will be a new experience.

Karen Luard (better known in Asia as Karen Penlington or just ‘KP’) has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the worlds of publishing and PR in Hong Kong, Sydney and London. A ‘keen Kiwi’ brought up in Hong Kong, she worked in PR for The Peninsula in Hong Kong and Inter.Continental Hotel Sydney before setting up her own operation. She gained fame penning a social diary for the Hong Kong Tatler and subsequently South China Morning Post before moving to London where she spent over five years as Director of PR, Europe, for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
