Greetings from Auberge (Inn) la Pinsonniere in La Malbaie (Cap a l'Aigle).

It's quite late and I have been warned that I may lose electricity & the internet because of expected thunderstorms.

SO - quick quick ... vite vite!

Left Auberge Saint Antoine (sad) with new guide & friend Marouan and drove 30 minutes to Chute Montmorency ... a waterfall which at 83 metres is 30 metres higher than the Niagara Falls.

From there to Baie Saint-Paul ... a gorgeous town that reminds me of Santa Barbara and Laguna Beach ... loads of art galleries and restaurants ... it's a NICE looking town!

Anyway - first up - Iris - fabulous art gallery that shows local & international artists ... there were definitely some pieces I could have taken home!

Then to Chez Bouquet - a eco-bistro. The Chef Steeve Rondeau cooked up a fabulous guinea fowl dish ... with a sensational jus ...

From there to La Malbaie ... a swim (lovely) then dinner ...

Sorry so short ... don't want to lose this entry ...

I LOVE QUEBEC!!!!
