I am sitting here in the lounge in Terminal 1 at London's Heathrow Airport waiting to board my Air New Zealand 747 flight to Los Angeles.

The boys have arrived safely and are drinking beer "for medicinal purposes" ... something to do with "the long journey ahead". We will arrive in Auckland on September 3rd ... so sadly may miss a diary entry - my first this year!
