We spent the morning at the Mandarin Oriental - Geneva (formerly the Hotel du Rhone) cooking with the 1-Michelin starred chef at Rasoi - Sandeep Bhagwat. Rasoi here is the sister to Rasoi in London - run by 1-Michelin starred chef - Vineet Bhatia.
There are 197 rooms & suites ... Le Sud (a Paul Bocuse restaurant) ... a fitness centre with sauna & hammam ... and the MO Bar which boasts 1500 wines!
I met up with my old friend Marco Torriani - the General Manager of the hotel ...
We also had a masterclass in Swiss wines and Krug! Yum!
