Varun is taking a break from his Daily Diary for a few days and has entrusted this responsibility to his crew, Tim and James.
Today (for Varun) was a "sporty" day, golf, horse riding and tennis. The weather was particularly uncomfortable for sport and more suited for non-physical activities. However we kept calm and carried on with a day that evolved to be particularly enjoyable.
To start the day of sporting activities, Varun played golf at Cabo Real Golf course with Golf Pro Sergio Castillo. Varun was on form. For the first time ever on Inside Luxury Travel, we ended the feature with as many golf balls as we started with!
We followed on to riding school Cuadra San Francisco with instructor Francisco Barr. Varun and Francisco took a horse-back excursion which ran along the coast finishing at Las Ventanas where there was a gourmet beach picnic awaiting Varun.
To finish the day Varun played tennis against Tennis Pro Jonathan Stein by this point we were exhausted, Varun managed some fierce returns however by the end we were degrees away from melting in the heat.
In conclusion - If there is a sport that suits Varun it is .... GOLF!
